PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR VPN SERVICE ACCESS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by HYPE Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and contains all essential terms of the agreement for providing access to the vpnh.io VPN service.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer is the payment for the services by any available method. From the moment of payment, the agreement is considered concluded.

1.3. The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer. The current version is available at: vpnh.io/offer

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the vpnh.io VPN service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) under the terms of the selected subscription plan.

2.2. The Service provides encryption of internet traffic and masking of the User’s IP address.

3. PRICING AND PLANS

3.1. Current subscription plans and prices are published on vpnh.io in the “Choose a Plan” section.

3.2. Prices are indicated in Russian rubles (RUB) or US dollars (USD), depending on the user’s country.

3.3. All prices include all applicable taxes and fees.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. Payments are processed through payment systems such as Robokassa, Pally, Wata, Oxapay, and others available on the website.

4.2. The moment of payment is the receipt of funds to the Provider’s account.

4.3. After successful payment, access to the Service is granted automatically.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Provider undertakes to:
— provide access to the Service within 10 minutes after payment confirmation;
— ensure Service availability 24/7 with uptime of at least 95% per month;
— not disclose User traffic data to third parties.

5.2. The User agrees to:
— use the Service only for lawful purposes;
— not share account credentials with third parties;
— not use the Service for DDoS attacks, spam distribution, or illegal content.

5.3. Violation of clause 5.2 constitutes grounds for immediate termination of access without refund.

6. TERM AND REFUND POLICY

6.1. The Service is provided for the duration of the selected subscription plan starting from the moment of payment.

6.2. Refunds are issued in the following cases:
— a technical failure on the Provider’s side lasting more than 72 consecutive hours;
— inability to provide the Service due to the Provider’s fault.

6.3. Refunds are not provided:
— in case of suspension for violation of clause 5.2;
— in case of partial use of the Service at the User’s initiative;
— in case of compatibility issues on the User’s side.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Provider shall not be liable for:
— temporary unavailability of resources accessed by the User through the VPN;
— actions of internet service providers or third-party restrictions/blocking;
— losses resulting from improper use of the Service.

7.2. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current billing period.

8. PRIVACY

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at:
vpnh.io/privacy-policy

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiations.
